Raksha finally made it to the base of the Shoshone Mountains. It had taken her several hours, but it was certainly worth the trip to see the ominous rock spires of the mountains that divided her pack from the rest of the world. Grimancing, she peeked around the corner to stare down N. Vapu Beach. It was quiet and empty. The only sounds were the occasional screeching of gulls as they fought over the carrion washed ashore. She watched them for a couple of minutes, then loosed a strong howl,, a questioning howl. Who's out there?
