Locien turned his head back to Seraph to talk to him real quickly. "I can help you out a bit there," he said with a weak grin, but upsetting Jalyne had ruined his mood, and he turned back after saying this to Seraph. His eyes pleaded forgiveness from the femme, and he hoped she would receive it as a token of his apology. I had to open my big mouth, he thought miserably, and was prepared to face whatever Jalyne had to say to him.

Turns around and snaps at Locien. " Don't be sorry because I know you aren't. Go, your 'Chief Huntress' awaits your discussion. Please go . I wish to be alone and I am considering going back to regain my pack." Walks away brushing harshly against Locien, pushing him out of her way.

Locien padded after her, and felt worse with every step. Jalyne, please don't be mad. I gave her that position because... welll," he stuttered slightly. He finally spit it out and said, "I was wondering if you'd like to be the beta." He sat down on the land bridge, and his eyes filled with worry and sorrow for how he had made his friend feel. Nothing hurt more than hurting a friend, and he actually considered her one of his better friends. "M'lady, my friend. Please forgive me," he muttered softly. He realized he had meant every word of it, and looked at her with misty eyes. Although he was usually strong and well-kept, he did have a soft side, and it had picked one of the worse times to show.

Ceanwen leans against a stump that had been uprooted by erosion. She stared at the Alpha and the other fae curiously. Why was the Alpha groveling? This was not the way an alpha should act.. Why would he do that instead of stand his ground and with his decisions? Ceanwen shook her head thoughfully to push those thoughts out of her head. Silly her. None of her business.

walking up to the two fighting "please dont fight i have already lost family i dont want to lose family again please stay jalyne i need you here." looking at locien "i hope beta is something good enough to make her stay i dont wanna lose my new family"

Locien turned to Seraph and smiled gently. "I'm not offering it to her to make her stay. I'm offering it because she deserves it. I just shouldn't have opened my mouth before," he chuckled. Turning back to Caunwen, he said, "I will talk to you later if you wish to accept the position." He turned back to Jalyne, and awaited her response.

So, I am sorry but I must respectfully decline.", she said to him before bounding off for the S. De'Mazure lands. She missed her home.

Caunwen shook her head and sighed. This was so stressing.. She didn't even know if she was promoted or not..ugh.. The white fae walked over to where her alpha was and smiled at him sweetly. I'm going to go to the dens. She then started running in that direction.

After he had zoned out for a while, Locien snapped back into reality and trotted after Caunwen on his way back to the dens. He hoped Jalyne hadn't left, although he felt he had been a little too soft on her rebellious attitude. She's a member of my pack now, and should act as such, he thought as he made his way back to the dens, only to find both femmes inside.
